Transition Management Solutions, LLC (TMS) is an executive transition management company focusing on Texas nonprofit organizations. TMS provides interim executive leadership and consulting services to nonprofit organization in transition. Services include facilitation, training and executive search.

Dorinda Rolle, Ph.D., is a partner in TMS and has held a variety of leadership positions in nonprofit organizations over the past 20 years. She is a past chamber of commerce executive and has provided consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, facilitation, executive coaching, talent development, board development, and organization development. She has served on a number of nonprofit boards and holds memberships with various professional and civic associations. Dorinda is a past president of the San Antonio Association for Organization Development and the San Antonio Chapter of the Association for Talent Development. She is an adjunct professor in the Industrial Organizational Psychology Program at St. Mary’s University and the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition to consulting and talent development, she is a motivational speaker who inspires her audiences to set high goals and to reach for excellence. Dorinda is a skilled group facilitator, known for her ability to help leaders synthesize visions and goals for their organizations. David Patrick, MS, is a Partner in TMS with over 40 years’ experience in leadership positions. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer for a national association that provided membership programs and services to some of the largest not-for-profit participatory sports organizations in the world. In this executive capacity he led a dramatic change in organizational culture by emphasizing the core business values, instituting responsible financial practices, focusing on people, building partnerships, stressing continuous improvement and the need for exceeding expectations. David was equally successful as an Air Force officer in several responsible and challenging leadership and Human Resources positions, completing his career as a Colonel. His human resources experience includes directing talent recruiting and retention, development and career management. He led and implemented recognition and diversity programs, performance evaluations, and compensation/benefits programs. He specializes in facilitating strategic and operational planning and is a graduate of the Masters Leadership Program of San Antonio.
